WALC: Wellness Advocates Linking Communities
The goal of the WALC Program is to engage, empower and activate Medicaid and Medicaid-eligible residents of the South End, West Hill and Arbor Hill (and nearby neighborhoods) to make consistent use of the preventative health care and wellness systems and to advocate with the health care system to promote integrated, culturally and linguistically competent accessible primary medical care access.
Family & Neighborhood Resource Centers (FNRC)
Trinity’s Family and Neighborhood Resource Centers (FNRC), located at both the Arbor Hill Center and 15 Trinity Place, provides a host of programs for adults, children and families to help improve their lives, create lasting relationships, and make a positive difference in their community.
