Dancing with Our Elders

Trinity Alliance of the Capital Region started a health and well-being program called “Dancing With Our Elders” in June of 2006 with an aim of keeping our seniors living a healthy and active lifestyle as they age.

Afterschool CARE and Summer Camp (ASCARE)

Providing children with a safe and fun environment; aid in the development of children, youth, and parents; provide scheduled recreational, cultural, educational, and social services programs that will promote constructive leisure time and enable our students to be competitive in the scholastic and work world.

Foster Care Prevention Program

When the bonds of a family are stressed, the results can lead to deeper trouble – Family Court, foster care and even arrest.  Anger and other issues resulting from such painful circumstances can cause hurt on all sides for many years to come.

Housing Resource Navigator

Trinity’s Housing Resource Navigator provides critical assistance for Albany residents at risk of eviction.

Urban Grief

Violence of all types can steal your safety in the community, destroy your sense of trust and cause trauma

WALC: Wellness Advocates Linking Communities

The goal of the WALC Program is to engage, empower and activate Medicaid and Medicaid-eligible residents of the South End, West Hill and Arbor Hill (and nearby neighborhoods) to make consistent use of the preventative health care and wellness systems and to advocate with the health care system to promote integrated, culturally and linguistically competent accessible primary medical care access.

Active Parenting Workshop

This program is designed to support parents who want to build upon their existing parenting skills and/or develop new skills using open discussion.

Race to 10,000

Did you know that to make a strong start in pre-school, a child needs 10,000 words?

Family & Neighborhood Resource Centers (FNRC)

Trinity’s Family and Neighborhood Resource Centers (FNRC), located at both the Arbor Hill Center and 15 Trinity Place, provides a host of programs for adults, children and families to help improve their lives, create lasting relationships, and make a positive difference in their community.

Early Childhood & Family Support Services

Our Early Childhood and Family Support Services Department is located at the 160 Central Avenue and works with children from 0-5 years old, and their families, in the home using play in the form of education, language, cognitive, fine and gross motor and personal-social skills, to assess the child’s development. If you are an individual living at home who has a developmental disability, and are in need of assistive technology or environmental modification, we can help with assistive modifications.
